Hi there, I’m Yujin Huang (黄与进 in Chinese), a PhD student in School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Pennsylvania State University (PSU). I’m a member of CSL and my advisor is Professor Timothy Zhu. Before joining PSU, I got my Bachelor’s degree in University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2024.

Currently, my research is focused on two topics: 1) finding performance issues in computer systems. 2) enhancing sustainability of hardware devices (such as SSDs) in computer systems. From March 2023 to April 2024, I worked as a research intern advised by Professor Chang Lou and Professor Ryan Huang. At that time, I helped with generating semantic checkers for distributed systems.
